Orders confirmed by the Company shall be deemed binding.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and shall be effective only upon written approval by the Company.
No cancellation shall be permitted after dispatch of goods.
Orders involving bulk production, reserved inventory, or customized specifications shall not be eligible for cancellation.
Where cancellation is permitted, the Company reserves the right to recover:
- Administrative expenses
- Logistics costs
- Raw material procurement costs
Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed within 7–10 business days after applicable deductions.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from cancellation.
