The Company supplies bulk industrial goods which are inherently subject to environmental factors and handling conditions.
Accordingly, returns are strictly limited.
A claim shall be considered valid only where the Buyer demonstrates, to the satisfaction of the Company, that the goods:
- Were materially damaged during transit;
- Do not correspond with the confirmed order; or
- Substantially deviate from agreed specifications
All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, supported by documentary and visual evidence.
The Company reserves the right to inspect the goods or appoint an independent third-party inspector.
The Company may, at its sole discretion, provide replacement, credit note, or partial refund.
No claims shall be entertained where goods have been improperly stored, exposed to environmental conditions, or partially consumed.
The Company’s liability shall be strictly limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.
